KINNECT will provide all the support and training to set you up to succeed With opportunities for Occupational Therapists, Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Osteopaths*, Chiropractor*, Registered Nurses* and Paramedics* across Australia including Victoria (Melbourne), NSW (Sydney), QLD (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Townsville), and WA (Perth) at KINNECT our National New Graduate Program consultants:

- Participate in a 12-month new graduate program, where you and a cohort of other graduates get the opportunity to learn from industry experts and network with each other.
- Join a team of experienced allied health professionals, ensuring that support is always on hand.
- Participate in a program that is discipline specific whilst working within a multidisciplinary team

Working in the community, you will assist individuals to engage in meaningful occupations through a client-centred approach, which enables optimal health and wellbeing. Some of your duties will include:
- Assessing injured workers to determine the best way to help them get back to work.
- Visiting workplaces to gain an understanding of what challenges an injured worker may face and educating workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries.
- Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
- Case managing complex injuries and liaising with treating doctors and health professionals to help an injured worker recover and get back to work.

Partnering with a variety of organisations, you will also be responsible for the delivery of other services including:
- Pre-Employment Assessments including drug & alcohol, audiology, spirometry, vision, and functional testing.
- Job Dictionaries.
- Manual Task Risk Assessments.
- Interactive Manual Handling Training and Stretching and Warm Up programs.
- Workplace-based, home-based and vehicle based ergonomic assessments.
- Physical conditioning / work conditioning services.

- Registration/accreditation (or eligible for registration by commencement at KINNECT) with:

- AHPRA - Occupational Therapists
- ESSA - Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- AHPRA - Osteopath / Chiropractor / Nurse / Paramedic (Victorian roles only)*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to problem solve and work well in a dynamic team environment.
