Incentives Program Support Officer

Working for a large Victorian Government Statutory Organisation based in Melbourne CBD, our client is looking for an Incentives Program Support Officer for a six-week temp assignment to start on the 9th September. You will be required to work 4 or 5 days per week and the hourly rate for this role is $45-$55 per hour dependant on experience. This organisation is able to offer a hybrid working model of at least one day in the office but flexibility for more days on-site if you prefer.
Working in the organisations Waterways and Catchment Operations Department, the purpose of the Incentives Program Support Officer position is to primarily provide a range of support services around the delivery of the Liveable Communities Liveable Waterways Incentives Program.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Developing communications materials associated with the Liveable Communities Liveable Waterways (LCLW) Program
- Tracking the performance of the Incentives Program and providing data to report on KPIs including for investment plan, strategies and the Incentives Program monitoring and evaluation framework
- Assisting with other tasks in the Service Performance team such as processing invoices and raising purchase orders
To be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience working in a similar role. Having a Procurement skills and having experience in the administration of grant programs would be highly regarded. Strong communications skills that enable clear and effective engagement of both internal and external stakeholders, is critical as well as being able to demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and deal with fluctuating workloads. A demonstrated ability to manage documents and prepare flowcharts or other program documentation, as well as the ability to use their own judgement in identifying problems and searching for appropriate solutions. You must have proficient computer skills in all MS Office.
