THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and motivated team player with strong grant management skills and experience. As a Grants Program Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all stages of grants delivery Multicultural Affairs grants programs within Fairer Victoria. To be successful in the role you will have highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, a passion for systems, process and program improvements and the ability to work flexible across multiple grants programs. Ideally you will have recent experience using online grant management databases and Victorian Government briefing and correspondence systems.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Maintain accurate grants records through the Grants Electronic Management System (GEMS -Salesforce and in line with the department grants management framework).
- Provide advice and information to key stakeholders about multicultural grant programs in accordance with the best practice stakeholder engagement and grant management principles.
