**What you will be doing**:

- Partnering with leaders and teams to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Designing and rolling out wellbeing programs that go beyond the basics - think mental health, physical fitness, resilience training and psychological safety.
- Leading risk assessments and developing safety systems tailored to marine and remote environments.
- Driving compliance, continuous improvement, and innovative thinking in workplace health and safety.
- Supporting incident investigations with empathy and professionalism - always seeking learning, not blame.

- A natural leader and influencer, with strong people skills and a calm presence under pressure.
- Experienced in safety leadership, ideally in remote or industrial environments.
- Passionate about mental health and holistic wellbeing at work.
