We are looking for an **Administration Officer**to work at our **161**-bed Aged Care Facility in Narrabeen
- Peter Cosgrove House.**This role is to provide efficient and accurate administration support to the Facility Manager and the broader team.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem solve
- Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare. _
