We are looking for an Administration Assistant to work at our Aged Care Facility in Narrabeen - Peter Cosgrove House. This role is to provide efficient and accurate administration support to the Facility Manager and the broader team.
- What we are looking for:
- Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation-
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectivelyExcellent customer service and communication skills-
- Team player but also able to work independently-
- Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem solve-
- Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems-
- Attention to detail-
- Excellent written and verbal skills-
- Willing to undergo NDIS Workers Screening check- What we offer:
