Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, this long-standing, market leading organisation offers a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Export Coordinator to join an established team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is an exceptional role for someone who thrives in a varied and dynamic team environment and ideally someone with at least two years experience working with export documentation, and is now looking to take the next step in their career.

**The Position**:

- Prepare export documentation in accordance with individual customer and country requirements including government endorsements and consulate legalisation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to process export orders, schedule vessels and order export labels
- Ensure customer accounts are within credit limits and credit cleared prior to loading
- Create EDN’s and PRA’s. process Letters of Credit
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipping arrival times and vessel transit delays
- Reconcile and process freight invoices
- Maintain accurate data and customer profiles to ensure documentation and shipment meets changing customer / import country requirements
- Build and maintain long term partnerships with clients and shipping providers

**About you**:

- A minimum of two years solid and proven export logistics experience.
- Experience dealing with and processing Letters of Credit
- Extensive understanding of export documentation and incoterms
- Works well under pressure and can adjust at short notice to meet sudden change
- Analytical and problem solving approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Growth mindset, the willingness learn and develop, to potentially become a leader in the future
