**Manager Public Private Partnership**

**About the role**

The Manager Public Private Partnership plays a key role in overseeing two long-term Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts, ensuring collaboration with private sector providers deliver high-quality, cost effective and well-maintained Schools across NSW.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead a dedicated team to plan, develop and deliver PPP projects, ensuring best practice on contract management and deliverables are met
- Manager the end-to-end PPP contracts and its performance, including contract modification, negotiation and dispute resolution to fulfill the departments procurement and contractual commitments.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure their needs are met through the project lifecycle.
- Represent SINSW in PPP negotiations and planning, ensuring the department’s interest while, driving optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.

**About you**

You will also demonstrate:

- Ability to navigate complex negotiations and balance competing interests and deliver effective outcomes
- Strong and communication skills to deliver high quality reports, briefings and correspondence
- Understanding and maintain abreast on best practice standards, relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent workplace experience in project management, procurement/contract management, or facilities management.
- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel when required
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
