**Key Responsibilities**:Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager, the Business Strategies and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Lead the development and execution of the company’s business strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new development opportunities and tenant demands.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns for property launches, investor promotions, and rental programs.
- Develop strategic partnerships and corporate branding initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project development, sales, and property management.
- Oversee digital marketing, media presence, and public relations.
- Drive performance metrics for lead generation, client engagement, and ROI analysis.
- Report directly to the executive team with strategic business insights and forecasts.
- Qualification Master/Degree (Australian Qualification preferred)
- Extensive Southeast Asian business network
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management and financial services
- Strategic marketing and business development expertise
- Director-level leadership experience with strategic decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills
- Sound negotiation skills
