**About the Role**
Our client is looking for a Territory Manager in Queensland to support their growing portfolio of accounts

The Territory Manager will develop existing accounts while recruiting and onboarding new business to ensure the continued success and growth of their region. This role will cover QLD alongside another Territory Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that gives you autonomy to run the territory in the most effective manner to drive growth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage accounts to ensure growth, customer, and sales targets are met.
- Analyse and implement an effective call cycle to ensure growth of the territory
- Build strong relationships with accounts through regular visits and follow up.
- Develop and implement strategies with accounts to drive positive sales results.
- Conduct training, demonstrations, and events as required.
- Make sure products are well-merchandised in-store.
- Identifies and drives new business opportunities.
- Ensures all admin is completed on time and accurately.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a Territory Manager/Account Manager role within Pharmacy/ Health Food/Beauty industries. (Preferable, not essential)
- Proven track record in managing and growing a territory.
- Experience in conducting education and training sessions with store staff
- Software: Pepperi (highly regarded) and Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Current driver's licence.
