**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for leaders to help us guide a multi
- disciplinary team that is focused on evaluation and research, and strategic advice on tacking the most complex policy problems. Our work is highly diverse, providing you opportunities to work in health, education, family and community services, disability, law and justice, employment, and economic development.
This role is available in Melbourne, and we're open to applicants wanting to work part time.

**You will**:

- Design and lead social research and evaluations that contribute to a better world
- Grow our next generation of consultants, by managing, coaching, and mentoring our people
- Pursue diverse projects and clients you're passionate about through business development activity
- Contribute to commercial sustainable business by efficiently managing project budgets.
