**Position Overview**
The Growth Enablement Coordinator - Outreach, Engagement, Brand & Sales plays a vital role in driving sustainable growth for Vines Therapy. This dynamic role combines client acquisition, community engagement, brand marketing, and sales support—all underpinned by accurate record-keeping and data management.
This is a **hands-on, proactive role** responsible for implementing activities that generate client leads, engage community partners, build brand visibility, and support sales outcomes.
**Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition, Outreach & Sales**
- Manage client lead generation via CRM systems, website inquiries, and community networks
- Explain Vines Therapy services
- Encourage completion of intake forms
- Answer service-related questions
- Qualify leads to identify potential high-fit clients
- Coordinate and deliver client-facing presentations or introductory calls as needed
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on proposals and service agreements
- Track, report, and analyse lead conversion and sales metrics
- Support sales activation for new services or programs through targeted outreach campaigns
**Referrer & Community Engagement**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lists of referrers, partners, and community stakeholders
- Conduct outreach to key referrers (e.g. GP's, schools, community organisations) to:
- Share updates on services
- Foster relationships
- Arrange meetings and presentations
- Organise and participate in referrer appreciation initiatives
- Represent Vines Therapy at community expos, networking events, and industry conferences
- Gather and document feedback from referrers and partners
**Brand Marketing & Digital Presence**
- Develop engaging digital content for:
- Social media posts
- Website updates and blogs
- Basic video or visual content using design tools (e.g. Canva, Google vids)
- Schedule and publish digital content across channels
- Maintain brand consistency and voice across all communications
- Monitor digital engagement metrics and prepare reports
- Contribute to developing community-facing resources and educational materials
- Assist in creating marketing collateral and brand assets
**Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate CRM records for:
- Client leads
- Referrer contacts
- Community engagement activities
- Update mailing lists, contact databases, and reporting dashboards
- Ensure data is current, complete, and consistent across systems
- Prepare regular reports on:
- Lead generation
- Marketing performance
- Engagement metrics
**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support**
- Collaborate closely with:
- Client Enablement team
- Business Enablement team
- Clinical Outcomes Lead
- Contribute to integrated growth projects and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide administrative support for growth-related initiatives as required
**Key Skills & Attributes**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident engaging directly with clients, referrers, and community stakeholders
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Skilled in maintaining accurate records and databases
- Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and engaging content
- Proficient with digital tools:
- CRM systems
- Social media platforms
- Canva or similar design software
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional, friendly, and aligned with Vines Therapy’s mission
- Willingness to travel for events and community activities
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in:
- Client acquisition, sales support, or business development
- Marketing, digital media, or community engagement
- CRM and data management roles
- Experience in health, allied health, or professional services is an advantage but not essential
**Strategic Outcomes & KPIs**
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for:
- Client leads generated
- Completed intake forms
- Sales conversions (e.g. signed service agreements, product sales)
- Maintain accuracy of CRM records and marketing databases
- Grow brand visibility metrics:
- Social media engagement
- Website traffic
- EDM open/click rates
- Support successful participation in community events
- Contribute to strong referrer relationships and retention
