The role

We've seen explosive demand in our first year, with thousands of Australians visiting our website each week to learn about full-body scans. We are seeking a Growth Ops Engineer who will design and implement scalable systems that accelerate our growth while maintaining a lean team.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, operations, sales and marketing. You'll own the technical backbone that powers customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational execution, ensuring OneMRI can scale without friction.

Example of projects you will own and drive

  • Design, build, and optimise systems
    that manage the end-to-end patient journey: from consult booking → scan scheduling → payment → results delivery
  • Implement automation and integrations across CRM, billing, and administrative platforms
  • Implement robust data pipelines to capture clinical information and generate insights
  • Implement triage workflows for clinical cases
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to give leadership visibility into performance (patient volume, turnaround times, efficiency metrics)Partner with marketing to run growth experiments (A/B tests, lifecycle campaigns, referral programs) and translate insights into technical improvements
  • Review compliance with healthcare standards and maintain data integrity across systems
  • Support both direct-to-consumer and B2B partnership models with scalable systems

What we're looking for (must haves)

  • Based in Brisbane
  • Strong technical background (e.g. full-stack engineering, growth engineering, ops engineering)
  • Experience designing and implementing automation, integrations, and technical workflows
  • Proficiency with APIs, databases, web technologies, and analytics platforms
  • Proven track record of using technology to solve business or operational challenges at scale
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
