**Salary range $113,448 - $131,517 plus super**

**About You**:
With a dynamic personality and a love for connecting with people and building relationships, you bring strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ideally paired with experience in managing IT vendors or contract management, and procurement. You excel in problem-solving, multitasking, and analytical thinking, especially in the face of ambiguity and change. With strong financial, analytical, and organisational skills, combined with the ability to influence, listen, and adapt as needed to ensure mutually acceptable outcomes are reached while ensuring obligations are meet.

**About the role**:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) by implementing processes and policies that align with the IT strategic objectives. The role involves managing key vendor relationships, assisting with vendor performance reporting against service level agreements and continuous improvement efforts. You'll also have a hand in process enhancements and contribute significantly to the strategic planning of the VMO. In addition to supporting IT procurement activities and procurement plans, you'll support IT Contract Owners to manage complex, high-value contracts for over 70 IT vendors, associated software licenses and coordinating various vendor-related tasks to ensure deadlines are met. You'll analyse vendor contract data and provide stakeholders with valuable insights by transforming data into actionable information.
