**Elite Tennis Academy** based out of Mornington Tennis Centre is seeking a full time Performance Tennis Coach to join the team.

We operate out of a beautiful ITF Clay Court Facility, with 12 pro clay courts under lights, and are located in Mornington, a costal town on the Mornington Peninsula.

Our team places high importance on having a passion for coaching and a desire to continue to improve our delivery of tennis both on and off the court.

The on-court coaching hours will be a predominately be working within our Performance Program in delivering Squads and Private lessons. Being a coach in the Performance Squad Program the coach must be able to write lesson plans for the program, showing progression programs for the players.

The coach will also be required to work in additional programs such as Hot Shots, Adult Coaching & Holiday Clinics.

**The successful applicant must have**:

- A passion for tennis and for working with children
- Alignment with our company values
- The ability to develop and build strong professional relationships with the our team, students, parents, club members and the tennis community
- Well organised and love of learning and growing your knowledge
- Show initiative and creativity

**The successful applicant will be required to have**:

- Valid Working with Children's Check
- Valid Police Check
- Tennis Australia Coach Membership
- Minimum 5 years of coaching experience
- Minimum of 1 year of coaching experience with Performance Players

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
