**About the opportunity**

Brand new venue that is set to explode on the Peninsula

This venue is a well established brand that will be embraced by both the Mornington locals and travellers alike, although it will be a smaller store it is expected that the output will be considerable.

We are looking for an experienced Manager to take on this new venture in the Mornington Peninsula. You will play a key role in launching this new store and setting the venue up for success by overseeing all daily operations and taking ownership of the financial performance of the venue.

You will be a motivated and inspiring leader who is willing to take the time to grow and develop a new team through one on one coaching and by creating a positive working environment.

You will have the support of a Operations Manager and Regional Manager on the ground who will be there for you and your team of 20.

We want to connect with Hospitality leaders who are looking for change. Whether you're from fast food or venues we want to see the best talent on or around the Peninsula
