**Ready to get to work? As a Customer Champion in our Happiness Team, you'll own & execute a variety of customer-driven activities that contribute to our continued success.**
- Be the first point of contact for customers to help them celebrate & organise their new purchases
- Assist customers with how to use their new products & help them get the most out of the many features and benefits
- Update the delivery process as it moves through the system, ensuring that the customer gets the most accurate & up to date information.
- Contribute to our welcoming & fun team culture by participating in regular team activities

We are looking for **dynamic**, **customer-focused professionals **with a deep understanding of our amazing products and the customers we serve.
- 1 Years' experience in Logistics Administration or Customer Service
- Highly professional, super-efficient, ethical, and customer-centric team players
- Ability to handle challenging customers and situations in a calm and confident manner
- Good with computers? That's a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
