Your role

You will be part of our Practice Assistant team to provide administrative and operational assistance across a range of tasks in our Sydney office.

Our dedicated coaches and Senior Practice Assistants will provide the guidance and support you need to thrive in the team. As part of our training program, you will be involved in a variety of tasks with our Senior Practice Assistants, including:
- Deliver exceptional client service to both external and internal clients.- Provide administrative support, including generating reports, managing expenses, and assisting with document amendments and management (printing, filing, archiving).- Support our client relationship management software by recording business development activities and maintaining accurate contact records.- Proactively manage the billing process, including entering time and preparing bills in a timely manner.- Assist with client pitches and coordinate client events.- Open files promptly, conduct conflict searches, and obtain necessary approvals.- Support matter financials by creating and amending billing narratives and drafting/finalizing bills.
