**About the role**:
Support the management of the Department Stores & Specialty Retailers accounts in order to optimize sales and revenue opportunities across the Coty portfolio of brands as required with a focus on Fragrance, Skincare and Colour categories.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager-Luxury, you will:
Drive and maximize sales across the assigned accounts by building and managing pro-active, successful customer relationships.
Develop account business plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, budgets and business goals.
Coordinate the implementation of sales and promotional plans presented seasonally with Myer, David Jones, Sephora, Mecca Maxima.
Presentation of brand strategies seasonally.
Liaise with all Counter Managers and beauty consultants to promote the effective execution of sales and promotional plans.
Analyse the sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts.
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to account customers.
Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report on developments to National Field Sales Manager.

**You will have**:
High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams
Proven track record of increasing sales
Strong team management leadership
Excellent presentation and strong communication skills.
Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills
Proven experience as Territory Manager in Colour Cosmetics industry
High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands
Strong commercial acumen
