anzuk Education are proud to be working with this fantastic, family owned, boutique Centre in the East Ryde area. The spacious Centre is a home away from home and aims to provide the best care for children by focusing on security and happiness.

Care is offered for children between the ages of 2 and 5 so they can really focus on each child's individual needs. Additionally, there is a strong community feel which provides a stimulating and exciting environment for all. The owner, for nearly 20 years, believes that their employees are their greatest asset, and provides all educators with fantastic professional development and team building opportunities.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with a very long standing, passionate and supportive team. The long standing team are all very passionate and professional but are able to have a laugh and are looking for someone to join the positive atmosphere.

**The Opportunity**

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for owners that are genuinely interested in and passionate about child care. You'll be working in a close-knit and collaborative team. The Centre offers a huge amount of outdoor space and beautiful resources.

The owners place great importance on the continual learning and development of their staff, so regular training and progression opportunities are always provided.

**The Ideal Educator**
- Previous experience working in early childhood is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with co-workers, families and children
- Good understanding and working knowledge of the EYLF
- Incredibly passionate and excited about providing high quality and engaging early learning programs
- Hold a Bachelors of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent (or be actively working towards)
- Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
