**Your new role**

As an ECT/ EDUCATION LEADER you will be required to motivate and lead a team of educators. Your aim will be to develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections and create your very own educational program which is designed to cater for all areas of development in a stimulating and interactive way by encouraging curiosity, independence, and discovery. This is an important part of the way the educators support children's development, build connections with families, and ensure that everything they do is maximising the children's opportunity to learn in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. It ensures all development areas are a consistent focus with age-appropriate development and experiences on offer for all children.

**What you'll need to succeed**

An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA- approved equivalent qualification.

NESA Teachers registration / accreditation.

Enthusiastic, passionate, motivated, flexible, and reliable individual

In-depth understanding of the NQF, QIP, EYLF, NQS.
