Sydney, Australia Earlyhood Education and Care Full time

12 month contract role, with view to go perm.
- Very attractive salary and allowances up to $120,000
- On the road visiting centres & 1 day in office

**The Role**

As a Curriculum Lead, you will be responsible for working with and mentoring the Educational Leaders and Educators of a small group of services to support and implement education strategy and pedagogical practices to align with approved frameworks. This is to be achieved by providing guidance and coaching in accordance of the NQS & EYLF in line with the companies standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Must have an ECT
- Driving is required for this role
- Centre Director experience
- 5 years experince in a chidlcare leadership/mentoring role
- Experience working in a Centre Management role and understanding policies, procedures and quality assurance

**Responsibilities**
- Review current educational program and practice against National Regulations, approved frameworks and National Quality Standards.
- Analyse, assess, and facilitate the implementation of organisational resources, educational frameworks and initiatives.
- Empower and provide guidance, training and coaching to centre staff.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with Centre Managers, Educational Leaders, Early Childhood Teachers, centre staff, support staff and management.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in educational program and practice.
- Support centres through A&R preparation & strive for Exceeding outcomes
- Work with the Education Team to development and deliver workshop content, educational resources
