**About the opportunity**:
As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective management of all resident care and well-being. You will ensure effective documentation of care and service, whilst meeting legal requirements and maximizing financial outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Residence Manager, the Clinical Manager is responsible for delivering the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to residents that meet the social, physical, spiritual, cultural and emotional needs of the elder.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Registered Nurse qualifications with current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current NDIS Clearance and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care
- Demonstrated strong understanding and experience of ACFI Funding
- Previous management experience within a clinical setting
- Demonstrated leadership of a multi-skilled team with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach
- Computer literacy, Dementia Competency, and Post-graduate management training _are desirable_
- All successful applicants will be required to have an Influenza vaccination & THREE Covid vaccinations, as an inherent requirement of the role.
