**How you’ll make an impact**

The main purpose of this position is to oversee the administration of Investment tax, dividends, distributions, managed fund confirmations, asset and cash reconciliations, term deposits, investment taxation, unit pricing, SMA functionality and investment communications for both Superannuation and non-superannuation clients on the AMP North platform. This includes but is not limited to Finance work that incorporates Investment Operations.

Main focus areas of the role include;
- Manage the timely and accurate action of transaction settlements and income distributions
- Testing and processing of tax information for the creation of Investment tax reports
- Finance processing, reconciling and support
- Liaise with brokers, fund managers, investment managers and registries to ensure service agreements are adhered too
- Process all transactions on a same day basis while ensuring high levels of quality
- Investigation and resolution of identified asset reconciliation issues
- Analyse and process all investment taxation components along with associated queries across both Managed Funds and Equities
- Liaise with customers and advisers where required
- Continuous improvement to provide an easy, effortless experiences for customers, stakeholders and advisers
- Communication of Investment changes to clients and advisers

**What you will bring to the team**

Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:

- Tertiary qualifications with a financial discipline
- Relevant experience within an operations function or in the financial service industry
- 3+ years’ experience working within an analytical role
- Sound knowledge of AMP North products
- Strong general knowledge of financial markets and investment tax
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
- A good understanding of Financial Markets
- High integrity and business ethics demonstrated
- Prioritise and organize work activities to ensure delivery within agreed service standards
