**To be successful in the role, you will possess**:

- Expertise and Knowledge - A deep understanding of heavy mobile equipment and a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
- Communication Skills - Effectiveness in explaining complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Strong listening skills and the ability to address questions and concerns from learners.
- Patience and Empathy - An understanding that everyone learns differently and at their own pace.
- Adaptability - Ability to adjust teaching methods to suit the needs of different learners and situations.
- Organisational Skills - Ability to plan and deliver training sessions effectively, prepare materials and manage time efficiently.
- Assessment Skills - Proficient in evaluating learner performance accurately and providing constructive feedback.
- Passion - Genuine interest in helping others learn and succeed.
- Continuous Learning - Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry practices.
