**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An excellent opportunity exists for a Leasing Manager within our esteemed Property Team. Based in Brisbane with a primary focus on Macpac, this pivotal role involves collaborating with brand Managing Directors, General Managers, and Commercial Managers to develop strategic network plans for our brand. Engaging with agents, landlords, and developers will be essential in bringing these plans to life.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A strong delivery mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong commercial and property acumen.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Retail Leasing legislation.
- Tertiary qualification in Property Economics or Real Estate related studies, Finance or Economics preferred.
- Well-developed ability to engage at all organisational levels, build lasting relationships and influence key stakeholders for positive outcomes.
