The Opportunity

Base + Super & Benefits

Tuesday - Saturday roster - 38 hours per week

Working closely with the Store Manager, this role will see you offering leadership support to the team, whilst ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently.

You'll provide training, guidance, and supervision, ensuring the team stays focused during busy periods, and remain motivated towards achieving business goals and KPIs. With a dedicated and driven approach, you'll also lead by example and set the tone for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
