Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Matraville

Join an established, Australian-owned wholesale distributor of non-food restaurant and hotel supplies since 1957. Huge product range includes leading brands in cutlery, crockery, glassware, and more

**Your new role**

***
- Liaise with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch as required
- Provide service excellence in all facets of the position
- Process customer credit card payments when required
- Proactively provide a high level of sales support to the Account Managers
- Generate customer quotes on request
- Manage any sales team returns / credits
- General administration duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**

- **Prior experience in a similar office-based customer service role**:

- **Excellent communication skills and ability to upsell our products**:

- **Professional telephone manner and able to handle customer queries**:

- **Computer adept and good typing skills**:

- **Familiar with Excel**:

- **Ability to work in a team environment**:

- **Willingness to learn**
