We have an exciting opportunity for a client-focused
**Procurement Manager** role. You will lead the team to provide strategic, efficient, and flexible procurement services, ensuring optimum value for money, maximising revenue and financial cost analysis and savings, ensuring the provision of the best quality of service
**Role**
- Manage and ensure quotes are provided for all hardware, software, and device sales and send order requests to suppliers.
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure pricing is received in a timely manner along with negotiating efficiently and effectively on price and rebate programs.
- Lead the Procurement function and the team providing operational leadership and direction to ensure high quality and timely procurement services for clients
- Source and engage reliable suppliers and develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
- Manage and help forecast the procurement budgets.
- Ensure all purchase orders (PO’s) are received before goods are ordered
- Identify, mitigate and escalate procurement risks to enable the organisation to meet its obligations and maximise business opportunities
- Review deliveries against the orders and ensure deliveries are on time and correct. Follow up as needed and deal with any issues such as non-supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods
- Build strong relationships with key contacts within partner companies.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and support revenue growth.

**About You**
You’ll have experience in dealing with inquiries and working to deadlines in a purchasing and/or finance function with an interest and prior experience in IT and sales. You will have:
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and have in depth knowledge and procurement experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills including the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and to work with mínimal supervision to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prior working experience in IT company, taking lead in managing the procurement function and the team
- Demonstrated proficiency in numerical and analytical skills with innovative problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Customer service focus, with the ability to build strong relationships that create the optimal customer experience.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and maintain strict deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to timelines
