**Within the context of the role accountabilities described in About the Role, the most suitable applicant will demonstrate their applied knowledge, skills and experiences against these essential role requirements of the Team Leader leadership stream:
A background in the design and development of cloud infrastructure and platforms, including significant experience operating in a technical lead capacity, ideally in a Microsoft environment
Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise systems using structured architectural and software development methodologies and industry proven patterns and practices
Experience in acting as a technical leader, managing small projects and proof-ofconcept exercises to validate technology and methods, while influencing stakeholders and driving business innovation
Solid understanding of the various software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) with a focus on quality assurance activities and efficient development processes
Highly developed technical documentation skills

Mandatory requirements:
A degree level qualification in information technology or computer science is highly regarded
Possession of Microsoft Certification is highly desirable.
Solid experience in the Microsoft 365 platform; specifically, the messaging & collaboration Services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
Technical experience and knowledge in Azure Cloud Services, Virtual Servers, Networking Concepts, Data Management and Disaster Recovery.
