**About the role**
As the Head of Security and Enforcement, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s Operational) Group.

Key accountabilities include:

- Experience in managing enforcement and compliance activities
- Managing 3rd party security contracts
- Managing stakeholder relationships within a large industrial setting (DTP, Victoria Police and other transport and government (state and federal))
- Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and identifying cost efficiencies while ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV) Security, Enforcement, Public Transport, Policing OR Security Management.

**About you**

Based out of V/Lines Southern cross office, you will have 5 direct reports while reporting to the Director of Operations.
Day-to-day, you are accountable for security and incident reporting, deployment of security personal coupled with police liaison while managing V/Lines relationship within police enforcement.
- Demonstrated experience managing large security contracts within government deliverables
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV) Security, Enforcement, Public Transport, Policing OR Security Management.
- Proven experience managing Labour budgets over $20M
