About the Role

**Reporting to the Principal, the Business Manaager will**:

- Manage a financial budget in excess of 3.5 million dollars.
- Manage a large school SBS Staffing Profile.
- Manage the credit and usage portion of the SBS Staffing profile.
- Manage the maintenance of School Facilities including Asbestos Management
- Consult and provide advice to the Executive Leadership Team around Finance, Facilities, HR and any other necessary areas.
- Lead a large and competent Administration Team.
- Previous experience or the ability to rapidly gain indepth experience with software such as Agresso and SBS Finance.
- Previous experience leading and managing employees including performance discussions.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to reflect inwards and nurture a functioning team.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- A friendly and confident personality
- Effective communication skills especially around managing difficult conversations.

Highly desirable skills
- Extensive Knowledge of Agresso and SBS Finance

When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
