**About the Client**

We have been chosen to represent one of Australia’s most innovative Network companies to find a passionate Business Manager to work 4 days a week. Our client is a telecommunications provider you can count on, a team of experts well versed in undertaking large development projects. Made up of Project Managers, Engineers & Customer Service Professionals committed to supporting their clients through their project builds.

Our client has over 10,000 homes and businesses connected or in construction to their state-of-the-art next-generation networks in both regional and urban areas of Australia, for both Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU) and Broad-Acre Land Developments (SDU).

Specialising in high-speed fibre optic cables and overlay technology to residential development projects, our client is your telecommunications partner to design, construct and build future-ready smart homes.

**What we need you to do**:

- Accurate and timely financial and management data
- Compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory requirements
- Helpful business analysis for management decision making
- Assisting line managers with process improvement
- Assisting senior managers with projects
- Financial management
- Business management
- HR, HS&E and company policies
- Strategy and business analysis

**The successful applicant must possess the following**:

- Business or Commerce degree, major in Accounting
- CPA or CA (desired)
- 5 years + experience with small business management and financial accounting
- Experience with Xero accounting system
- Integrity and honesty
- Team player
