Our commitment is to ensure our clients are fully compliant with the Fair Work Act, modern awards, and other pertinent legislation.

**Role Overview**: As our Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our team, working across multiple clients to provide comprehensive ER support. This includes conducting award and pay audits, drafting employment contracts, and developing HR policies. Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in conducting workplace investigations and managing unfair dismissal claims.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide ER advice and support in compliance with the Fair Work Act, modern awards, and other relevant legislation.
- Conduct thorough audits on awards and pay scales.
- Draft and review employment contracts and HR policies.
- Depending on experience, handle workplace investigations and unfair dismissal claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices across Harrisons.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to their ER needs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations role or a similar position.
- Strong understanding of employment law, awards, and workplace compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professional judgement.

**Location and Working Hours**:

- This position is based in our East Brisbane office.
- We offer the flexibility to work from home.
- The role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility around school hours.
