**About the Role**:
Based in Fortitude Valley, you will be reporting to the Head of ER with the main purpose of ensuring the company has the guidance, support, operational expertise, advocacy, and strategy to manage ER risks. Responsibilities include:

- Review, interpret and advise on awards and pay scales
- Be across and roll out award updates and changes
- Coaching and mentoring leaders on ER matters
- Working within a procedure and providing procedural documentation and advice
- Support and documentation of performance management, investigations, disciplinary matters, and general employment matters
- Implement ER projects
- Identify and implement process improvements

**About you**:
You will be a motivated, professional and pragmatic individual that is keen to establish themselves as a specialist. In addition, you will have:

- Exposure to employment law
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, establish and encourage collaborative working relationships, maintain confidentiality, and show discretion
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to be a flexible, motivated, team player
- Commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing learning
- Good sense of humour and want to enjoy where you work
