**About the role**:
As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards while leading and supporting the FOH team of 3-5 employees.

**Key** **Duties** & **Responsibilities Include**:

- Managing daily Front of House operations and service flow
- Leading, training, mentoring, and motivating FOH staff
- Creating and managing staff rosters in line with business needs
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and resolving complaints professionally
- Managing POS operations (Bepoz), EFTPOS transactions, and cash handling
- Overseeing table service, reservations, and floor management
- Coordinating closely with kitchen and FOH staff for smooth service
- Managing bar operations including cocktails, wine, beer service, and stock rotation
- Assisting with stock control, and inventory management
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace health & safety standards
- Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- Opening and closing the venue, including end-of-day procedures
- Supporting management with reporting and operational improvements
- Contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and team culture

About You
- **You will ideally have**:

- A strong passion for hospitality, food, wine, cocktails, and service
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Front of House Supervisor or Manager role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Confidence using POS systems (Bepoz experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy service environment
- Availability to work nights and weekends
