The ROLE:
As a key player in our team, the Venue Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of our high-quality offerings. Your role extends beyond management - it's about fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to both culinary excellence and community connection.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Knowledge of industry trends, culinary innovations, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost controls
- Experience in bakery cafe-level marketing strategies is a PLUS but not required
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work day, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
- Drivers license (preferred)
