Amuni is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant front of house staff to join our vibrant team. We are seeking customer service-driven Restaurant Staff with a passion for providing guests, regulars, and locals with the best experience every day of the week. If you take pride in your work and love making customers feel special, then this is the job for you.

Amuni is located in a brand-new area in Port Coogee. located just 15 metres from the beach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking restaurant bookings and telephone enquiries.
- Restaurant set up and close down.
- Full customer experience is expected. Some knowledge of wine would be advantageous.
- Full a la carte ordering including relaying specials of the day and table service.
- Working with the Chef on the pass to ensure quality and timely delivery of orders.
- Operating the espresso machine.
- Issuing customer/table bills and processing cash/card payments.

Essential for the role:

- A valid RSA.
- Flexibility is important - shifts available on weeknights and weekends.
- Must possess a can-do attitude, be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Event and Barista training is a bonus.
- Must be presented neatly at all times.
