**The Role**:

Subcontractor required to clean at Collingwood premises.

All Equipment is Supplied & Kept on Premises

**Hours**

Hours: 6 pm onwards (2 hours daily, 2.5 hours on Fridays)

Schedule: 5 days per fortnight.

Week 1 - Mon, Weds, Fri

Week 2 - Tues, Thurs

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficient cleaning of offices and amenities
- Maintain high cleanliness standards
- Reliable and thorough service
- Must wash cleaning cloths that are provided on a weekly basis

**Tasks**:
1. General Cleaning:

- Dusting and wiping surfaces. Fingerprint removal.
- Vacuuming carpets and cleaning floors.
- Spot clean glass.

2. Restroom Cleaning:

- Sanitizing and disinfecting toilets, sinks, and counters.
- Refilling soap and paper dispensers.
- Restocking restroom supplies.

3. Kitchen and Breakroom Cleaning:

- Cleaning appliances, such as coffee machine, microwaves and refrigerators.
- Wiping down surfaces, tables, and chairs.
- Disposing of waste and cleaning trash bins.

4. Floor Care:

- Sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors.

5. Trash Removal:

- Emptying and replacing trash bags.
- Disposing of waste in designated areas.

6. Dusting and Polishing:

- Dusting surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
- Polishing furniture and metal fixtures.

7. Entrance and Lobby Cleaning:

- Ensuring a clean and welcoming entrance area.
- Cleaning glass doors and reception areas.

8. Compliance with Health and Safety Standards:

- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Use products specified.

9. Communication:

- Follow task checklist. Update communications book & report any issues observed during clean

**Requirements**:

- MUST have your own business in the cleaning industry either sole trader or company
- MUST have ABN, Public Liability minimum $5 million, Police Checked, Work Cover for companies with Staff
- Ability to work independently
- Follow a daily checklist
- MUST HAVE ATTENTION TO DETAIL & GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. This is important

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6.5 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
