- Lead and coordinate coaching of classroom teachers in 'Essential Skills for Classroom Management" and Positive Behaviour for Learning strategies.
- Lead the curriculum development and review of year level 'Learning for Life' pastoral care program.
- Lead and coach year level teaching team with the development and implementation of positive education strategies, that target the improvement of year level attendance, engagement and behaviour.
- Lead weekly year level Assemblies* Monitor and manage year level behaviour, engagement and attendance.
