**The role of Coach (Year Level Leader) involves**: - Lead and coordinate coaching of classroom teachers in 'Essential Skills for Classroom Management' and Positive Behaviour for Learning strategies. Lead the curriculum development and review of year level 'Learning for Life' pastoral care program. Lead and coach year level teaching team with the development and implementation of positive education strategies, that target the improvement of year level attendance, engagement and behaviour.
