**The role of the Coach (Senior Flexible Leader) involves**: - Lead and coordinate Deception Bay State High School's Senior Flexible Learning Program, FUTURES. Coach Youth Support Coordinator and teacher aides in the delivery of positive education strategies, that target the improvement of student attendance, engagement, behaviour and achievement. Lead weekly meetings with Senior Flexible Learning Staff. Monitor and manage Senior Flexible Learning behaviour, engagement and attendance. Case Manage successful Pathways for students in the program.Deception Bay State High School, established in 1992, is a co-educational state school situated just north of Brisbane.
