**About The Opportunity**

This is a newly created position due to an increase in sales activity in our Construction Equipment sector. You will be supporting our Major Accounts Nationally and meet and exceed their expectations around our service deliveries Based in Parramatta you will be reporting directly to the National CE Major Accounts and Product Support Manager you will also be responsible to provide support and guidance to internal Customers to ensure successful Contract Management.

**Your other duties will be including but are not limited to**:

- Design and Implement monthly National Major Account Contract exception report
- Introduce and promote the benefits of New Products / Technology to National Major Accounts
- Work with Branches to ensure all Customer Charges are appropriate for contract machines.
- Achieve sales and renewals of Service / Maintenance Contracts.
- Work with branches to ensure Warranty claims are correctly processed for contract machines
- Identification of continuous improvement within your area of responsibility

**To be successful in this position, you will need**:

- Excellent knowledge of Earthmoving or/and construction machinery
- Mechanical or Electrical trade qualified or Mechanical Engineering qualifications are desired.
- Intermediate to Advance experience in using the Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with various stakeholders
- Understanding service contracts would be advantageous.
