A new and exciting opportunity is available for a personable, passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team at **Castle Hill BMW**, in the position of **Product Genius**.

**About the role**:
This is not a sales role And it's not a marketing role This role is all about promoting the BMW brand on technical superiority, as an expert on BMW's largest ever product range; and transferring your enthusiasm for the brand through exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Informing customers on product specifications of all BMW products and features
- Qualifying the needs of the customer
- Keeping the product knowledge within the dealership at a high level
- Being the main point of contact for the customer to answer questions about products incl. usage/functions

**About you**:
**To be successful in your new role you'll have/be**:

- Highly motivated with a strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic
- A current drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed and motivated
