We have a rewarding career opportunity for an **Automotive Deal Processor / Licensing Clerk at Carplace in Bibra Lake.**

As a Deal Processor your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for our pre-owned vehicles for the dealership. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.

**The Role**:

- Processing deals for all the used vehicles
- Registering vehicles and licencing through Department of Transport Dealer Online
- Data entry and invoicing deals
- Ensure vehicles are acquired and disposed of within guidelines
- Prepare vehicle paperwork and ensure ready for delivery
- Various ad hoc administrative duties

**You**:

- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
- ** Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is desirable but not essential**
