**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are currently working with an industry leader in the construction manufacturing sector to find them an experienced Team leader within a manufacturing setting. This global company has plenty of job security and growth ready for you to take your career to that next level.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Warehouse Team Leader you will be leading a team of around 10. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities in the warehouse, managing KPIS for the team and dealing with imports and exports.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Plan and allocate all incoming and outgoing freight
- Manage supply chain
- Carry out stock checks
- Maintain records of orders, delivery dates, and invoices for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activity and inventory levels.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the procurement process, such as delayed delivery, incorrect orders, or quality issues with materials received.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- **MUST HAVE A FORKLIFT LICENCE**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge on Excel
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
