Our client is a creative company that designs, manufactures and imports home têxtile products for sale to retailers throughout Australia and New Zealand. This role is ideal for an administrative superstar looking to specialise in supply chain and production to further develop their careers in international sourcing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a briefing to carry out design, supply chain and production of company product(s) to meet customer’s delivery dates & product launch dates
- Liaise with Account Managers to provide quotations for customer specific products.
- Contact suppliers to source products and negotiate prices for Bambury and customers.
- Complete costings on all items
- Monitor sample timeline and liaise with suppliers throughout this process
- Check samples with Design team and or customers
- Liaise with Account Managers for Quality Assurance requirements
- Maintain the company’s sample library

**Skills and Experience**:

- Advanced Excel skills
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Clear and precise written and oral communication skills
- Experience in dealing with offshore suppliers is an advantage
- Strong IT skills, including experience with an ERP
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Basic understanding of home têxtiles and/or product lifecycle management is preferable
