Coordinate and support Dotti's marketing activities, creating engaging content and collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and coordinating marketing activities across the Dotti brand alongside the Brand Manager and team.
  • Helping create and coordinate the weekly digital marketing program for owned channels, including emails and websites.
  • Selecting product content from photoshoots, creating engaging copy, and collaborating with the Digital Design team on marketing communications and campaign testing.
  • Assisting the Brand Manager with timely coordination and implementation of website campaigns, including seasonal themes, promotional updates, daily checks, traffic-driving promotions, and monthly report analysis.
  • Coordinating briefs, art direction, outfit styling, and image selection for photoshoots.
  • Creating marketing documents for the bi-weekly visual merchandising brief.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations required for retail conferences and board meetings.
  • Managing all local marketing initiatives and ensuring brand representation across all local marketing channels.
  • Providing a high level of customer service and responding to all queries.
About you

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing-related field.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and innovate.
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant role is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for Dotti and its product range, seeking an exciting new challenge.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and willingness to learn.
  • A love for creating engaging marketing content.
