**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Enterprise Provisioning & Accounts Graduate to join our UCaaS team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for looking after order management, processing, fulfilling customer requests and customer enquiries for billing and invoicing.
An Enterprise Provisioning & Accounts Graduate will be working both with Symbio internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a high level of service assurance is meet such as (but not limited to) the Commercial teams, Customer Experience, Technical Support teams and Product Managers, Operations Managers, Finance department.
**What you'll do as an Enterprise Provisioning & Accounts Graduate**:
- Provide exceptional service to our customers, external third-party suppliers, and carriers
- Order Management, Processing and fulfilling customer requests and orders
- Ensure great end-user case management with customer enquiries for billing and invoicing, accounts and payments, retention, billing disputes and debt collection
- Create new accounts, provisioning, service cancellations, number porting and service delivery
- Assist with maintaining and managing all Help Guides
- Work within a team environment
**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- A recently acquired TAFE Certificatification in Business, Communications and/or Telecommunications
- High performing demonstrated by a credit average grade.
- Previous work experience or internship is an advantage
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Highly motivated
- Intermediate computer skills (including Microsoft Word and Excel or other Microsoft products)
- An interest in telecommunications or Cloud products & services would be an advantage.
