**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Workforce Analyst to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

As a workforce analyst you will have a strong understanding of human resources practices to provide meaningful HR metrics, workforce information and analytics to key University stakeholders and demonstrate a strong understanding of current and emerging business requirements.

**About the Administrative Division**

Administrative Division supports the governance and operations of the University, including planning and quality, facilities and services for students and staff. The Administrative Division is led by the Vice-President (Administration) and University Registrar.

**About the Department**

The Human Resources Department enhance the talents of our real world people through effective leadership, expert advice and professional development, while creating a highly engaged workforce by fostering strong organisational culture. The Department partners with each area of the University to deliver tailored solutions according to the area’s needs.

You will demonstrate:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, sound reasoning and innovative thinking to develop new solutions and efficiencies.
- Ability to identify data and workforce patterns and trends from complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment be proactive and respond to competing and challenging demands.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in using Excel for analysis and data visualisation.
